Doreen Hall Reveals A Simple 3 Step Formula She Used To Lose 60 lbs!

I have a true story that I would like to share with you on how I was able to lose 60 lbs., using a simple 3 step formula.
Like many of you, I’ve struggled with weight loss for more years than I care to remember.
I would start a weight loss program, lose a few pounds, and then go right back to gaining another 3 or 4 pounds. I seemed to never be able to make any progress toward my weight loss goals.
I was just about at the end of my patience, and starting to believe that true weight loss was not obtainable for me. Then I was introduced to a formula that could be easily followed, wouldn’t break the budget, and it really worked!
I followed this formula and amazingly I began losing weight! It soon became fun to achieve another little weight loss goal. I would exceed each and every goal that I set. Others that I shared this simple formula with were also achieving their weight loss goals!
It only took me a short time to get into the rhythm, follow the formula, and achieve success after success each week. My Doctor was involved and extremely supportive in my weight loss journey. He made sure that my weight loss was being done safely. (I strongly recommend that you involve your Doctor, or Health Care Provider should you choose to try this simple 3 step formula.)
Now, here are the 3 steps that I followed and continue to follow, to safely keep those 60 lbs off.

Step 1. Find Your Motivation For Weight Loss!
It might sound complicated, but this 1st step can make or break your weight loss program, and it is quite simple and painless. Let’s take a closer look at just how this 3 step formula worked for me.
You must find your motivation for weight loss. It may be different from mine, but you must find a way to stay motivated, especially when you don’t feel like it. My main motivation and support came from my husband Tim.
A few years ago Tim, encouraged me to give hypnosis a try. He knew of a friend who had tried hypnosis, and was extremely satisfied with the results.
He saw the frustration I was going through attempting unsuccessfully, almost every weight loss program on late night TV.
At that point, and mainly due to his support, I was willing to give hypnosis a try.
I now had an additional tool to aid me in motivation, it became hypnosis. Your motivation might be different, and that’s fine. I set reachable goals, little steps, which hypnosis allowed me to accomplish. My confidence level really took off and I was well on my way to setting new weight loss goals!
You see many people start out right and on track, only to be derailed by losing motivation, and setting unreachable short term weight loss goals. Goals that if not achieved are very demotivating. It cause you to doubt yourself, which can be poison to the success of almost any weight loss program.
Hypnosis helped me to stay motivated, and provided me with a burning desire to accomplish my weight loss and other desired goals! It definitely kept me laser focused.
Step 2. You Have to Eat Healthy!
Eating healthy is something we all should do. However, most of us tend to blow our diets, especially when we are eating out. Here is a link to one of my November, 2010 articles, How To Keep Your Diet On Track When Eating Out, which should give you some additional guidance.
Step 3. You Must Exercise Regularly! Make Exercising Safe, and Enjoyable!
There is no getting around it. This is by far where we all tend to lose it. Staying on track, and keeping on a regular exercise schedule, is essential to reaching your weight loss goals! Your exercise workout should be safe, and enjoyable. It should always began with a warm up, including stretching. It should end with a cool down, including stretching. Set a reachable goal to accomplish in that particular exercise session.
We all know the old saying about failing to plan, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” It is especially true in the case for exercising. It’s also a good ideal to exercise with a partner. Someone to help motivate you, as well as you help and motivate them. It’s also good in case of an emergency. Remember to celebrate each and every accomplished goal. It helps to keep you motivated. Most importantly, Please Exercise Safely!
That’s it! This simple 3 step formula continues to work for me. You will find your success, if you work at this regularly. Work on this until it becomes a regular part of your everyday life! (This Is Very Important!)
Don’t forget to first get clearance from your Doctor, or Health Care Provider, before attempting this, or any other weight loss or diet program. Weight Loss has got to be done safely, or it should not be attempted at all.
Try this for 1 month, and see for yourself that you can achieve your weight loss goals. Just stick with it!
It took me over 5 years to slowly and safely, get to where I am today! I’m sure that you can do it much faster!
You’ve got to believe in yourself! If you fall off your weight loss schedule, return back to it as soon as you can and continue towards your short term, reachable goal, until you achieve it! Do this, and you’ll be well on your way to reaching your weight loss, or almost any other goal that you really want to achieve!
Remember, Procrastination will keep you from reaching your weight loss as well as any other goals!
When you follow a plan to stay motivated, eat healthy, and exercise regularly, you drastically increase your chances for weight loss success.
Hypnosis combined with the other 2 steps of Eating Healthy and Exercising Regularly, can be an extremely powerful force in your weight loss program.
I truly believe that anyone can benefit from using this simple 3 step formula.
It can work in all areas of your life. It most certainly has worked in all areas of mine!
