By using hypnosis weight loss, we can give commands to our unconscious mind to focus on developing positive eating behaviors and at the same time shun those perceived to be contributing to the weight gain.

An example is when our conscious mind tells us to eat fatty or sugary foods, which are well known to cause weight gain. Since the unconscious is superior to the conscious mind, we can command it to have a negative view of those fatty or sugary foods. As this goes on, the mind learns to avoid eating such foods and this will help in your weight loss program.
