If you’re wondering how on earth the stars keep their fit and trim bodies; wonder no more. We’ve got the secrets, tips, and helpful information they have been using for years. Some stars opt for healthy balanced diets accompanied with lots of physical activity. Other stars yoyo up and down the scales and find that cutting carbohydrates help. Here’s the normal, extreme, and in between for your favorite stars.
Extreme lifestyle changes in regards to eating and exercising is exactly what movie actress Gwyneth Paltrow opts to do. She relies on her strict macrobiotic diet that bans all meats, eggs, dairy, and caffeine. Other stars like Drew Barrymore, Julia Roberts, and singer Christina Aguilera all choose vegan diets to help them stay trim.
Many stars today are choosing known dieting plans for their weight loss needs. Stars like Valarie Bertinelli, Queen Latifah, and Christy Alley all chose Jenny Craig. While other stars like Fran Drescher opts for Weight Watchers. For those that prefer to watch their carbs, a celebrity favorite diet- the Zone, used by many of the Friends cast including Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, and Matthew Perry seem to help. The Atkins diet is a favorite carbohydrate eliminating diet for super movie star actress, Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Many stars say their fit and trim bodies are due to hard exercise with celebrity trainers. They spend hours each day working out and exercising core body parts with a combination of weights and cardio. Mega singer, Madonna, practices yoga to stay fit; others practice martial arts. Many celebrities find that dancing works well for them when it comes to exercise. Singer and reality star, Kelly Osborne, lost pounds in front of America’s eyes last year while doing her bit on America’s favorite dance show, Dancing with the Stars. Another favorite reality star, Brooke Hogan, daughter of wrestling super star, Hulk Hogan, opts for pole dancing classes to help her stay in shape.
Cleansing, diet pills, and fasting are all diet secrets that many stars opt to do when time is of the essence and they need to lose weight fast. Other stars recommend eating parsley the night of your big event, this helps eliminate bloating; water pills are a quick fix, as well. For feeling full and satisfied, many stars say load up on fiber. There are many fiber products that offer quick filling powers; a Fiber One bar or a big bowl of fiber rich cereal prior to any meal will eliminate overeating. If all else fails, many stars recommend the flattering Spanx undergarment; this tool of the trade holds your tummy in and lifts the rear.
Most stars do admit that weight is an issue for them, just as it is for many other people in the world. Unlike many believe, super fast metabolisms aren’t biased to movie stars and those living in Beverly Hills, they too- must work hard to keep their bodies in shape. And unlike the rest of us who struggle with our weight, the stars and celebs say, “it doesn’t help that the camera adds 10 pounds”.
